The folks at Spooner’s Home Improvement Services are at it again!
If you’ve followed our previous blogs, the Riverside Home Renovation Project and the Swiftwater Road Home Renovation Project then you already know what a wonderful job Spooner’s Home Improvement Services does on their renovation projects, and we’re excited to be a part of another home renovation project.
This home is located in Lisbon, NH, built in 1900 is situated on hill overlooking the Ammonoosuc River with views of the village offering 1500 sqft. of living area, is on a generous 0.74 acre lot with plenty of room for gardening and play.
One of my favorite things about homes built in the late 1800 early 1900’s is they are strong, most seem to stand the tests of time and although some have seen better days, their bones and structure remain strong.
As you will see this home appears to have great lines and with some loving care from Spooner’s Home Improvement Services, she’ll be ready for the next 100 years!

What do you think so far? Could this be the biggest renovation project the team at Spooner’s Home Improvement Services has taken on yet?
